His career accomplishments include industry recognition in 2005 by the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Weiss was a Deal of the year award finalist for his role in arranging a series of three complex office leasing transactions for North Fork Bank and in 2010 was honored as the Greater Fort Lee Chamber of Commerce Person of the Year.
