The new Drive - Thru Pharmacy Store is approximately 13,000 SF , located on a 1.2 acre Pad site at the entrance to the Shopping Center.

This is the second Long Term Ground lease Weiss Realty Co has negotiated on behalf of First Hartford Realty Corporation for CVS Pharmacy. Previously, Mathew Weiss was the Broker who negotiated a lease for a 13,000 SF, Drive Thru Pharmacy Store on a 1.88 acre property located at 80 Piermont Road in Cresskill, NJ
